Sincere apologies about the delay in writing to you. We've had a lot on our plate since getting back.

The holiday was out of this world! We're already starting to try and plan another trip out there. Maui was our favourite place. Maybe wanting to try Kauai next.

She did say yes! She was totally shocked, didn't see it coming! I think the dinner under the stars was the perfect place to do it. I really can't stress how amazing the food was.

Thank you for organising our Golden Wedding Trip at the beginning of this year. ( Christmas and New Year) Your help and expertise was invaluable.

L.A was so busy, not sure its the best time to go although still enjoyable.

We had a fabulous time apart from a couple of hick ups but nothing we could`nt sort out ,it did`nt spoil the holiday.

The Kuaii Beach Resort on our favourite island, beautiful Kuaii , was fantastic. We needed a car to get around, but due to it being the holiday season for the Americans we had to pay a high premium to get one, should have booked before we went. !!

Honolulu was all we expected just love it .Accomodation right in the centre ,short walk to anywhere. Local transport very good .

San Fransisco hotel on Fishermans Wharf was well positioned for every thing .Nice hotel too.

We have done this trip 3 times now and never get bored. Not sure we would fly with United Airlines again though, so many flight changes.

You did us proud linda Thanks once again

Just got back from our amazing honeymoon and the first thing I want to do is send this massive thanks to you and Total Hawaii for arranging what can only be described as a dream honeymoon.

Everything from start to finish was perfect and exactly as you had described, at first i was slightly apprehensive about booking such an important holiday with a company i hadnt heard of before, but now i am never going to book any holidays without running it by you first. Me and Alison have memories we can treasure forever and have came back stress free and refreshed rhanks to Linda and Total Hawaii.

Hi there Linda

Nice to here from you... The Hol/Wedding come honeymoon was very special indeed. The Hilton was a very nice hotel and after taking a look at the Hilton Village was happy at ours,

The Aston Maui lu motel was not up to the Hilton but as we got beach side accomodation with an exceptional view we were more than happy with it. The Outrigger on the Big Island was another very nice hotel in an amazing location. The Holiday Inn in San Francisco was a good clean hotel also with a good view. I could go on and on about the locations, sights, wildlife, tours, night life and the food but would get cramp in my hands typing so much.

We will be going back but probably to Maui in Feb if the price is right.

yes it ticked all the boxes and we enjoyed everything about Hawaii and i recomend it to all. coming back home one off our suitcases has not yet been delivered so i am very disappointed and have been in touch with the airlines and heathrow.

Back to England and work with a bang!
Hawaii was a fantastic place to visit. The journey was however too long, especially the wait between LA and Hawaii when going.

We especially enjoyed Waikiki, the hotel location, Hilton hotel and amenities in the surrounding area. Even visited Donald trump’s hotel and took pictures and went inside. The Big Island was nice also but so quiet and different that on retrospect, I would have either split the time and spend some of the week on Maui or spend more time in Waikiki. What put me off with the stay at the Sheraton was that its location meant that you had to have transport to go to the town, The hotel’s daily fees which I did not expect and which was too exorbitant. $15 a day plus tax and I couldn’t see why. Internet, car parking, shuttle and 2 bottles of water on the first day. The time table of the shuttle was restrictive.

The rep in Waikiki was great and very friendly and very helpful. Loved the tours. Did not water sports and didn’t feel that I missed anything. Expensive island but found nice places to eat on both islands. Would go and recommend the islands again but not sure about the long journey.

We have just returned from our trip, and I wanted to say a big thank you to Total Hawaii for putting together our flights and accommodation package. It was fantastic.

We had the best time and cant believe what good value it was. Although Maui is really expensive when you are there, the Maui Coast hotel you booked us was absolutely first class, it suited us perfectly. The MGM Grand in Vegas was amazing and even the basic Holiday Inn in San Francisco was really good. The All Loops bus tour plus Alcatraz was brilliant, I'm glad I booked in advance.

The only problem we had was our flight out from Heathrow was cancelled so United had to re-book us on to other flights get us to Vegas.(AA then Delta) It meant going to JFK rather than Chicago so we encountered delays by changing airlines but we got there in the end. Mechanical problems with planes are something you cannot factor in!

I would not hesitate in using your company again and will recommend you to my friends, thanks again for all your help in booking,

Hi Linda,

Yes the wedding was spectacular and the honeymoon was to die for. I loved Kauai, we both did. We (or you/!) have found our Eden. The hotel was good I thought, considering the laidbackness of the place and i think it kept the Americans away! we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Ideal!

Can't say I'd want to go via United again but we'd definitely go to Kauai again and definitely be booking further holidays with you. Only disaster was the transfers for the San Fran end. Super shuttle are not a good firm and would recommend you don't use them again. They never turned up on the Thursday when we arrived. they were not outside either - we asked and looked and waited. So I'm out of pocket by $50. Then Suzy sent the voucher to my work address.... thankfully you had the sense to send a copy to my other address so i used that. But booking with super shuttle (who claimed never to have heard of our booking) was a nightmare. On Monday we waited outside the hotel for them and 3 of their collections went to other hotels nearby - all immigrant drivers, all late and all shabby vehicles. Ours eventually arrived (15 mins late) and the Russian driver was rude, appalling driving and the vehicle wasn't big enough for us all to get in it comfortably!

Transfers in Hawaii were on time, polite, considerate and recommended to anyone. Very trustworthy.

Barring that we had the holiday of a life time. Can take or leave San Fran but Kauai will be returned to - not a doubt.

Thank you for organising it and being at the other end in a crisis. Very very appreciated.

Good location in San Francisco - what lively place that is... By reputation you will always see a Demonstration - A Fountain - and a nude walking about - we got 3 off for the last one...

On Arrival in Maui there was a gift of some munchies from you in the room - nice touch...! What an idyllic place

On arrival in Honolulu we both got a Lei - only ones on the transfer bus - another good one...!

A note to say very many thanks indeed for all the arrangements that you made for my/our visit to the USA.

The travel plans went smoothly and uneventfully. I thoroughly enjoyed Montana - Glacier National Park is a recommendable place and the weather there was perfect - plenty warm but not too hot and sunny all week!

Las Vegas was an interesting experience! The wedding was quite zany but the couple sincere in their commitment. LV as a place is over the top in virtually every respect - indeed it respects very few conventional perspectives of life! I was pleased to have the experience as part of the University of Life but have to say it is not somewhere that I shall save up for a plan to re-visit!

We had a great time in San Francisco, Hawaii and New York although we could have stayed in NY for a few more days! The transatlantic flights were good and the Hyatt was out of this world.

Thank you for your kind gift on arrival, it was a lovely gesture.

We’ll have to save up for another honeymoon next year!!

Hi Linda

Just a quick note to say thank you for the holiday you organised for us, we had a great time. In relation to the Paramount Hotel in New York, its location is great but the rooms are very small. Our room was so small, the bed was up against a wall and therefore you could not get into it from both sides. Whilst we coped with this, I feel people need to be aware space will be limited.

Other than this, it was a great, Maui was the best. So thank you for what you put together for our trip.

Morning Linda we are now all Safely back in the UK after an Excellent holiday . Everything went like clockwork. The Outrigger on the Beach was excellent , highly recommendable Limousine connection was brilliant

Flights worked well, only thing to note for future reference , meals are only provided on International flights . not from LA to HI and LA to Newark, but this wasn’t an issue

just a quick e mail to thank you for booking such a great holiday to hawaii for us. the whole trip to new york as well was amazing. the hilton was a great choice and we were treated like royalty.
could not find any fault at all with any aspect of this holiday. it was trully wonderful, did not want to come home.
just a quick question, do you do holidays to fiji. if you do, could you e mail me details.
we will be going back to hawaii, hopefully next year, so i will definately be booking with you again.

Sorry I haven’t contacted you before but I have been immersed in work since getting back.

The holiday was fantastic and we really enjoyed every minute. Outrigger really go above and beyond by adding a layer of friendliness and informality over the really great service they offer. Every hotel exceeded our expectations and we especially enjoyed the Outrigger Aina Nalu on Maui. (it was helped by a bunch of Australians over for a wedding making the place buzz) and we left Maui totally relaxed. I upgraded to the extra legroom on the way back which made the flight very comfortable...

There were a couple of observations which would help others undertaking a similar trip.
I have driven around the states a great deal but Honolulu traffic is something else! A sat nav is essential for a relaxed time.
For the early flight back from HNL Alamo open up at 5am which makes checking in very tight by the time the driver has got everyone on board who are all catching that 7 am flight. It is definitely recommended that people check in on line and if you are nervous about times, use another hire company. Having said that it meant we didn’t hang around (cases on conveyor, walked to gate and call made as we arrived).

The hotels on Maui and Kona were excellent for location and rooms, the Maui hotel was a chalet in the grounds and at Kona we were over the front of the hotel with a balcony, over looking the rock pool and the one at Honolulu was at the rear of the hotel and a little noisy, but still in a good location near the beach, with a good room where we walked from to see the sun set on Waikiki beach every evening.

The car hire went well, except when we arrived in Kona they had the Iron Man competition on that day and we had to do a long diversion to get to our hotel, but it was a sight to see all of the highly trained athletes, male and female, from all over the world converging on Kona for this event.

Our holiday was really fantastic despite getting off to a bad start when we missed our flight to San Francisco. Our B.A flight arrived half an hour late at Heathrow then it took ages for our luggage to come through. Long story short, after much stress and confusion we were eventually given seats on the next flight....
San Francisco was super, we were really happy with the Handlery Hotel as it is in a great location and a very nice hotel!.
Oahu was gorgeous but sooo busy. The Courtyard Hotel was really nice but I did pay to upgrade our room after the first night as we were close to a very noisy main road but apart from that it was good value for money.
Lahaina Shores was ABSOLUTLELY AMAZING!! Cant wait to go again! We all loved it here best of all. Its in a perfect location, the studios are large and very comfortable with FABULOUS views and its in a quiet location but still close to the lovely town of Lahaina. PERFECT!!!
Las Vegas got off to a disappointing start when our limousine failed to turn up. We wasted about an hour and a half hanging around and phoning the numbers on the voucher you gave us but it was a wasted effort. At 02.00 we had had enough and just took a shuttle bus to the Luxor. It is a perfectly nice hotel but it was sooo different from beautiful Lahaina it took us a while to get used to it but we ended up having a good time!!
